Requirements: coriander leafs, tumeric powder, chilly powder, garlic paste, jeera, magic masala, besan, and salt..

Following are the steps how to prepare kotimbir vada:

Step 1- Mixture of above requirements except besan.

Step 2- In the above mixture , add one cup of besan with one glass of water. Mix it well until it becomes like a dough.

Step 3- Make that mixture into specific shape to boil it. You can refer the above image.

Step 4- Take a container, pour some water put the mixtures shape into the stainer and place it above container and close the container. Boil it for 10-15 mins.

Step 5- After boiling it remove it in a plate and cut into pieces.

Step 6- You can also deep fry it if not boiling.

Step 7- Now it’s ready to serve in a plate. You can have it with sauce or green chutney.
